What is AxoPrep?
AxoPrep is a free platform for students preparing for international university entrance and English proficiency exams. We build full-length, timed simulations that match the structure, timing and scoring rules of the real tests so you can practise under realistic conditions.
The following exams are currently available:
- CEnT-S — CISIA's entrance test for English-taught degree programmes at Italian universities. Full 55-question simulation with −0.25 penalty marking.
- SAT — The digital SAT. Module 1 of Reading & Writing and Math, 60 questions, estimated scaled score.
- IELTS Academic — Reading, Writing with AI band scoring across all four criteria, and Listening with original audio recordings.
- Duolingo English Test (DET) — The three written sections of the adaptive test: Read and Select, Fill in the Blanks and Read and Complete. Estimated score on the 10–160 scale.
- TOEFL iBT — Reading section. Two original academic passages, twenty questions, estimated score on the 2026 TOEFL 1–6 scale.
We also provide a university search tool with QS and THE 2025 rankings, IELTS and TOEFL minimums, tuition ranges and application windows for over 260 universities across 15 countries.
How questions are made
All questions on AxoPrep are original — written from scratch. We do not reproduce, translate or adapt questions from official exam papers.
Official exam materials are used only as a reference for calibrating format and difficulty distribution. No copyrighted content from exam bodies appears on this site.
Questions are reviewed for factual accuracy and consistency with the topic taxonomy of each exam before being published.
Score disclaimer
Scores on AxoPrep practice tests are estimates produced by mapping raw performance onto each exam's published or approximate scoring scale. They are directional indicators, not predictions of official scores. In particular, the CEnT-S raw score is not normalised to the CISIA macro-period coefficient; the IELTS Writing band is assessed by AI against the official descriptors and may differ from an examiner's judgement; and the TOEFL 1–6 conversion is based on approximate published guidance rather than ETS's proprietary tables.
